Sarah Ferguson receives shock skin cancer diagnosis six months after breast cancer op

In another blow to the Royal family, Sarah Ferguson Duchess of York has been diagnosed with the most serious form of skin cancer - just six months after her breast op

The Duchess, who has been recuperating in Austria over the past few weeks, has now urged Brits to stay alert to the signs of potentially cancerous moles after finding out just after Christmas when dermatologists raised the alarm during her reconstructive breast surgery last year. The Duchess will undergo further tests to discover if her cancer has spread further but there are high hopes that the mole has been found early enough to avoid further medical problems. This health news is a further blow to the Royal family as the Princess of Wales, 42, remains in hospital after having abdominal surgery and King Charles, 75, is resting at Sandringham after an enlarged prostate diagnosis.
