Sarah Ferguson has broken her silence following Kate Middleton's cancer diagnosis with a touching message. "As someone who has faced their own battles with cancer in recent months, I am full of admiration for the way she has spoken publicly about her diagnosis and know it will do a tremendous amount of good to raise awareness. This news was followed by a Buckingham Palace announcement revealing that King Charles had also been diagnosed with cancer and underwent treatment for an undisclosed type.
