Sarah Ferguson Appears to Be in High Spirits After 2nd Cancer Diagnosis
Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, appeared to be in high spirits during a hospital trip following her second cancer diagnosis
“The Duchess wants to thank the entire medical team [who] has supported her, particularly her dermatologist whose vigilance ensured the illness was detected when it was,” the statement concluded. “She believes her experience underlines the importance of checking the size, shape, color and texture and emergence of new moles that can be a sign of melanoma.” In her 2011 memoir, Finding Sarah, Ferguson recalled the pair’s falling out before Diana died at 36 in a 1997 car crash in Paris.
