Saoirse Ronan, Jack Lowden Step Down From ‘The Outrun’ Production Banner Arcade Pictures (EXCLUSIVE)

Saoirse Ronan, Jack Lowden have stepped down from Arcade Pictures, the production company they founded to make 'The Outrun.'

Lowden, who’s currently starring in “Slow Horses,” set up Arcade Pictures in 2019 alongside “Modern Life is Rubbish” producer Dominic Norris, who will stay on at the company. In “The Outrun” Ronan plays Rona, a woman struggling with alcoholism who, after losing control of her life, goes into rehab and then makes a beeline for Scotland’s wild and lonely Orkney Islands, where she reconnects with the dramatic land in which she grew up. The cast includes “Gangs of London” star Paapa Essiedu, Stephane Dillane (“Game of Thrones”) and Lowden’s “Slow Horses” co-star Saskia Reeves.
