Saoirse Ronan reveals she would love to play a Bond villain opposite her husband Jack Lowden as 007 - who is tipped to play the iconic role


Saoirse Ronan has revealed she has a secret ambition to star as a James Bond villian and she would love for her husband Jack Lowden to be 007.

Other female villains have included Grace Jones as assassin-turned-ally May Day in 1985's A View To A Kill, and Famke Janssen as Xenia Onatopp, who murdered her victims between her muscular thighs, in 1995's GoldenEye. Jack , 34, grew up in the Berwickshire village of Oxton and has carved out an career with films such as Dunkirk and Benediction and TV shows including Slow Horses and The Gold. Their marriage certificate records that Jack Andrew Lowden, 34, married Saoirse Una Ronan, 30, in the registration office at the City Chambers on July 17.
