Winter is set to write and Antoine Fuqua is poised to direct the potential series, co-produced by FX Prods. Winter and Fuqua executive produce alongside Nicholas Pillegi, Aaron Kaplan of Kapital Entertainment, Rick Yorn, Scott Greenberg, J.J. Sacha and Billy Malone.
