Sammy Hagar honored with star on Hollywood Walk Of Fame! Van Halen frontman receives sweet smooch from wife Kari as he is joined by pals John Mayer and Guy Fieri
The 76-year-old singer received a sweet smooch from his wife Kari Karte at the milestone ceremony in Hollywood on Tuesday.
He was also joined by several famous pals including John Mayer, Guy Fieri , bandmate Michael Anthony, and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith. With Hagar as frontman the band reached plenty of success as they produced four multi-platinum number 1 Billboard charting albums 5150, OU812, For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge, and Balance. In the early 1990s he also formed a band with Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony called Los Tres Gusanos which is still active until today.
