Samantha Jade reveals the huge Hollywood role she lost to Kristen Stewart that almost ruined her acting career: 'It was such a scar for me'

Based in Los Angeles at the time, Jade said she was persuaded to try out for the part of real-life rock star Joan Jett in the 2010 bio pic The Runaways - a role eventually played by Stewart. The blonde hitmaker said she abandoned all hope of a movie career after she went up for a role inthe rock bio pic The Runaways against Twilight star Kristen Stewart. Samantha later won accolade and a Logie nomination for playing Kylie Minogue in the 2014 rock bio pic INXS: Never Tear Us Apart.
