Sam Thompson's plea to Pete Wicks ahead of first date since Zara McDermott split
The I'm A Celeb star has been single since he split from Zara McDermott in December and he opened up about his date on his podcast Staying Relevant
The ex-Made in Chelsea star confessed: "I was so nervous that I messaged Pete and it was the sweetest thing ever, he basically sent me a list of what I had to do." Sam, 32, then shared the dating advice list on his phone that Pete, 37, had sent him, which included: "Don't overthink it and enjoy it." Pete expressed his happiness for Sam's ex and singer Louis' new romance after they were seen getting cosy during a trip to LA earlier this month.
