The 31 year old I'm A Celebrity champ, who was recently seen in what appeared to be a heated exchange with his girlfriend Zara McDermott, has opened up about the emotional moment during the latest instalment of his podcast with BFF and co-host Pete Wicks. In the recent episode of Staying Relevant, Sam confessed that he had received "really bad news" on the day of the TRIC Awards which left him feeling "really sad". Addressing the ongoing fan concern over his wellbeing, Sam clarified: "Firstly, there's no way of getting around it, I had actually received some bad news, so I actually was really sad, I'm not going to lie about it, but I was."
