Sam Thompson looked as though he had had a tough weekend as he left the London home he shares with his girlfriend Zara McDermott on Monday morning.
It is unknown what the couple were shooting for, but they had arrived at the location shortly after supporting Sam's nephew Leo, two, at his sports day in Eel Brook Common, with his sister Louise Thompson. The reality star proceeded to post a cryptic message about staying positive as she quoted: 'When life gives you lemons' alongside a picture of her posing in a minidress. In pictures exclusively obtained by MailOnline, the Made In Chelsea star was spotted during an emotional exchange with his close friend in the smoking area at London's Grosvenor House Hotel.
