In recent weeks, the former Made In Chelsea star, 31, has been having 'crisis talks' with his girlfriend Zara McDermott.
It is unknown what the couple were shooting for, but they had arrived at the location shortly after supporting Sam's nephew Leo, two, at his sports day in Eel Brook Common, with his sister Louise Thompson. The reality star proceeded to post a cryptic message about staying positive as she quoted: 'When life gives you lemons' alongside a picture of her posing in a minidress. Back in 2020 they split briefly after he learned she had cheated on him with a colleague while appearing on X Factor: Celebrity, before rekindling their romance with the scenes played out on Made In Chelsea.
