Sam Thompson has opened up about feeling "sad and down" following his breakup with Zara McDermott, especially as he's set to join her rumoured new beau Louis Tomlinson at Soccer Aid. In preparation for the big game, Sam embarked on a tough challenge – cycling and running a whopping 260 miles to deliver the match ball from Stamford Bridge to Old Trafford. Chatting with his mate Pete Wicks on their Staying Relevant podcast, Sam shared: "They filmed the entire thing, every up down, left and right."
