Sources claim that despite being 'blindsided' by Zara's new romance, Sam has been keeping busy by partying with his pals in Chelsea and his close friend Pete Wicks. The pair could face an awkward encounter in June for Soccer Aid as they both feature in the England squad to the charity match against a Rest of the World side. However he did appear to take a cryptic dig at Zara regarding the speed at which she has moved on post breakup, making a comment that 'people look for validation in others to fill that hole,' which is something he can't do.
