An onlooker caught the pair sharing laughs and holding hands over a lavish £100 fish and chips meal accompanied by cocktails, after several previous dates. Forking out a cool £500,000 for her new digs, a source spilled the beans to The Sun, revealing: "She bought it two weeks ago under her company name, it's a two bed flat in a nice area and weirdly, not that far from where she lived with Sam.
