Sam Fender might only be days removed from the release of his third album, People Watching, but already the English musician is thinking of shaking things up for his next record. On Friday (Feb. 21), Fender put an end to the multi-year wait for another studio album by releasing People Watching as the follow-up to 2021’s critically-acclaimed Seventeen Going Under. However, while Fender has managed to harness his heartland rock style with great success, a new interview indicates that he’s looking for a bit of a sonic shift when it comes to album number four.
