Former The Only Way Is Essex star Sam Faiers defended her parenting decisions and told her army of followers to 'trust your instincts' and not allow other people's opinions to influence them
In a heartfelt post to her Instagram page, the former The Only Way is Essex star opened up about her decision to co-sleep with the hchildren she shares with her partner Paul Knightly. In the caption for a sweet video shared with her 2.5 million followers, Sam encouraged her fellow mums, writing: "Our children are only little for such a short time. "Remember, you are a providing a sense of security, comfort and reassurance, and helping regulate your baby’s breathing, heart rate and body temperature.
