Sada Baby Arrested on Drug Charges

Detroit rapper Sada Baby was arrested on drug possession charges, stemming from a traffic stop that occurred several months ago.

The rapper, real name Casada Sorrell, is being held in Macomb County Jail after being taken into custody Tuesday night, April 8, on a warrant accusing him of possession of less than 25 grams of narcotics. Sorrell’s arrest this week after the test results came back positive for narcotics (based on court records, it appears the substance was allegedly cocaine). He enjoyed his biggest year in 2020, dropping his proper debut album, Skuba Sada 2, his popular mixtape Bartier Bounty 2, and scoring a hit single with “Whole Lotta Choppas,” which got a remix featuring Nicki Minaj.
