Sacha Baron Cohen is denying Rebel Wilson ‘s claims after she said on social media that the “Borat” star is attempting to prevent her from publishing her memoir after she said it includes a chapter that exposes his behavior. “While we appreciate the importance of speaking out, these demonstrably false claims are directly contradicted by extensive detailed evidence, including contemporaneous documents, film footage, and eyewitness accounts from those present before, during and after the production of ‘The Brothers Grimsby,’” Baron Cohen said in a statement to press through a spokesperson. On social media, Wilson had previously alluded to a “massive a**hole” whom she had once worked with, adding that the unidentified star had hired a crisis PR team and had started sending her threats.
