Newly helping spark the song’s profile, Carpenter is set to play both Coachella(April 12) and Governors Ball(June 8) this year; the lineups for each festival were announced Jan. 16. 23 high on the Billboard 200 in July 2022, claims Greatest Gainer honors on the latest list (137-76), up 42% to 12,000 equivalent album units. Carpenter, who broke through in 2014 starring in Disney Channel’s Girl Meets World, opened on the South American run of Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour last August-November.
