Sabrina Carpenter Reveals Her Childhood Crushes: ‘All of the Posters on My Wall Were Women’

Sabrina Carpenter recalled having "girl crushes" on Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande and more stars as a child. See what she said.

“I was, at that time, had Tiger Beat, and I was really making use of the posters,” she continues, referring to the teen pop culture magazine. The “Please Please Please” singer also got her start the same way Cyrus did via Hannah Montana, by finding fame on a Disney Channel show — Girl Meets World — and leveraging it into a pop-music career. The “Espresso” singer’s new LP, Short n’ Sweet, debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 chart dated Sept. 7, narrowly beating out Travis Scott’s Days Before Rodeo.
