The duo then slowed things down for a rendition of “What a Girl Wants,” evoking memories of the iconic performance they shared during Aguilera’s 25th anniversary celebration of her self-titled 1999 debut album, filmed at Spotify Studios in L.A. “I think the first time I ever heard your voice was when my mom played me a video of you singing ‘A Sunday Kind of Love’ at 8 years old,” she said, referencing Aguilera’s 1990 performance on Star Search.
