Sabrina Carpenter Announces New Album ‘Man’s Best Friend’
Sabrina Carpenter has announced the new album 'Man's Best Friend', her follow-up to 'Short n' Sweet,' out Aug. 29.
Carpenter teased the album in an Instagram Live video on Wednesday morning, rifling through a stack of records by Donna Summer, ABBA, and Dolly Parton, before she landed on her own. Man’s Best Friend marks Carpenter’s seventh studio album, following 2024’s Short n’ Sweet(its deluxe edition, featuring a “Please Please Please” duet with Dolly Parton, arrived in Feb. 2025). She’ll kick off another North American leg of the Short n’ Sweet tour this fall, which includes a return to Madison Square Garden for three shows and a trio of L.A. performances at Crypto.com Arena.
