Rylan Clark has shared a touching message from his late friend Caroline Flack as he delved into his memory box from his time on the X Factor

The beloved TV personality shared a heartfelt video on social media on Thursday 22 August as he rummaged through his treasure trove of memories from his time on The X Factor, which catapulted him into the spotlight in 2012. In his nostalgic YouTube video entitled 'Every Item I Stole (and kept) from X Factor 2012,' he produces a hefty box filled with fan mail, his first audition outfit, his acceptance letter for the show, and a signed tour memento.
