Rylan Clark explains the reason behind his departure from Strictly Come Dancing's It Takes Two

Rylan Clark has opened up about his decision to quit hosting the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing spin-off It Takes Two, after four series on the show

The seasoned presenter first joined the beloved chat show back in 2019, where he spent delightful moments with former co-hosts Zoe Ball and, more recently, Janette Manrara. He described his choice as a "really good decision" but acknowledged it wasn't met with universal approval, revealing: "When you tell your agents you're quitting the biggest show on TV, you can imagine they s*** themselves!" Last year, Rylan also shared that he's taking time off from his radio gig to care for his mum Linda, who suffered a serious fall during their holiday together she's his co-star on Celebrity Gogglebox.
