Ryan Thomas' daughter Scarlett celebrates 16th birthday - but fans ask where mum Tina is

Scarlett Thomas, the daughter of former Coronation Street stars Ryan Thomas and Tina O'Brien, has turned 16 and her parents rallied round to help her celebrate

Corrie legend Ryan Thomas joined in the celebrations for his daughter's sixteenth birthday, though fellow Coronation Street star Tina O'Brien, appeared to be absent from the party. Ryan, known for his role as Jason Grimshaw, dated co-star Tina, who played Sarah-Louise Platt on the soap, from 2003 to 2009 and they share daughter Scarlett, who was born in 2008. Earlier this morning (Saturday, 26 October) Tina took to her own social media and posted a photograph of a large pile of balloons and presents - presumably for Scarlett - with a brightly coloured Happy Birthday banner hanging above.
