Ryan Reynolds joked during an interview with SiriusXM's Town Hall on July 19 that he was 'sued' by Taylor Swift for using images of her cats Meredith and Olivia on a shirt in 'Deadpool 2.'

As radio host and former PEOPLE editor-in-chief Jess Cagle asked the star, “Now, when you put her cats on a T-shirt, did you have to call her and get permission?" In videos and photos shared by a fan account on Instagram, the pair were captured kissing, and Lively was seen dancing along to one of Swift's songs. Reynolds previously debunked the theory that Swift will be in his new film, though he told Entertainment Tonight in 2022 that he would be down for a collaboration in the future.
