The ‘Barbie’ star brought the house down at Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre at this year’s Academy Awards.

The Barbie star, 43, sang the famous song from the Greta Gerwig-directed film during the Sunday, March 10, event at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. After Oscar nominations were announced in January, many social media users called out the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for its failure to recognize the women behind the production. Ryan concluded his statement by pointing out that he was “happy” America was nominated in addition to the “other incredible artists who contributed their talents to making this such a groundbreaking film.”
