Ryan Giggs enjoys an Easter brunch with glamorous girlfriend Zara Charles as former Manchester United ace returns to work after being cleared of assaulting ex Kate Greville
The couple ventured out for brunch in leafy Cheshire over the bank holiday weekend, little more than a day after his former club labored to a dour 1-1 draw against Brentford.
While it meant her facial expressions could not be judged by reporters covering the case as Giggs' barrister attempted to rip her account to shreds, she maintained her version of events under significant pressure. In one of the trial's few moments of levity, the clip in fact showed Miss Greville and female friends wearing in Santa hats dancing to a Christmas song at a party. Mr Daw also played CCTV footage from outside Giggs' house on the night of the alleged attack which he said showed the footballer calmly carrying her bags to the gate in the expectation she would leave in a taxi.
