Ryan Castro Declares Himself ‘El Cantante Del Ghetto’ With New Album
Ryan Castro released his album 'El Cantante del Ghetto' on Thursday night. The album features songs with Yandel, Peso Pluma, and Blessd.
On Thursday night, the musician released his LP El Cantante del Ghetto, a tribute to his Colombian roots, fusing his signature reggaeton style with salsa, dancehall, and “everything that shaped me.” The 18-track album features already-massive hits such as “Ghetto Star” with Coque and Peso Pluma collaboration “Quema,” which they performed together at Coachella. El Cantante del Ghetto marks Castro’s third album, following 2022’s “Los Piratas,” a collaborative record with SOG, and “Reggaetonea,” which included standout “Mujeriego.”
