EXCLUSIVE: Seven years after Ryan Bartlett left UTA to launch Hyperion, the veteran talent agent is leaving the boutique agency to join Independent Artist Group. Meanwhile, the plan for Hyperion, which Bartlett ran since its June 2017 inception, is to continue with agents Austin Lashey and Will Atlas at the helm. The new combined agency (and APA before that) has been bulking its ranks over the past 18 months with the hire of more than two dozen agents and a slew of signings, including Regina Hall, Sonequa Martin-Green, William H.
