Closer magazine has reported that what began as an "amicable" separation has soured, while Eamonn, aged 64, has been seen living it up on a luxury cruise with his new love interest, Katie Alexander, 42, leaving Ruth "gobsmacked". This comes after a pal of the former couple shared that Ruth had "become more his carer than a wife" as Eamonn battled chronic back pain, having undergone spinal surgery in 2022.
