Russell Brand has been charged by police over alleged driving offences, it has been reported. The controversial actor is separately under investigation by the Metropolitan Police over allegations of sex crimes
The 49 year old actor and comedian is also under investigation by the Metropolitan Police over allegations of sex crimes made by multiple women. It is understood that the case was first dealt with in the Single Justice Procedure but is seemingly heading to an open court hearing, reports the Mirror. These driving offence charges come amidst the entertainer's previous media onslaught over distressing allegations of rape, assault and emotional abuse levelled against him.
