The former comedian-turned-commentator tweeted on Rogan stating that he is “the Oprah of our time”, underlining how the two celebrities are creating huge cultural definitions under sheer influence. In Brand’s tweet, he argued that all this time and space, what Roegan actually does is set trends as opposed to reflecting them-an almost synonymous quality with Oprah at her heyday. But of course not everybody painted with the same brush this way, just like Denny Green who claimed that Rogan is “a completer original,” while extolling Old Tiger that he heard people opposing the view-something they implied Oprah didn’t do.
