Ru Paul's Drag Race UK star The Vivienne has died at the age of 32, a spokesperson for the star confirmed on Sunday night in a heartbreaking statement shared on social media.

The tragic news was confirmed on Sunday with a statement shared to social media, which read: "It is with immense sadness that we let you know our beloved James Lee Williams - The Vivienne, has passed this weekend." The Vivienne rose to fame after becoming the winner of the first season of RuPaul's Drag Race UK in 2019 and competed again in the seventh series, an All-Stars edition in 2022. The star then made history in 2023 by becoming the first drag queen to appear on Dancing On Ice, reaching the final with partner Colin Grafton.
