Ruby, who appeared to be at Clifton Beach in Cape Town, South Africa revealed she goes swimming every day and 'freezes her a**e off', but feels great afterwards. Ruby has been open about her battle with clinical depression over the years, and in 2013 graduated with a master's degree in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy from Kellogg College at Oxford University.
