Chelsea pleaded guilty to a string of felonies and misdemeanors including drug and child neglect charges in a Wisconsin courtroom on March 31 and was sentenced to 6-years-probation, with strict terms and conditions. According to documents exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com, Rosie cut Chelsea out of two separate trusts on January 6, just 11 days before she left the country in protest at Donald Trump's re-election as president.
