Rosie O'Donnell shares heartbreaking old photo of daughter Chelsea 'before' drug addiction tore her life apart

The 62-year-old comedian and actress posted a shot of herself with Chelsea, 27, and daughter Dakota, 11, captioned, 'Before it began' with the hashtag, #changes.

O'Donnell on Thursday was comforted by a number of fans who relayed well-wishes amid the tumultuous time for the family, with some sharing their personal stories of having a loved one in the throes of addiction. Conditional to her release, authorities stipulated Chelsea remain sober and not possess any drugs or alcohol, US Weekly reported last month after reviewing court docs. 'Sadly this is not new for our family - Chelsea has struggled with drug addiction for a decade - we r all hopeful she will find her way out of this deadly disease,' the Long Island, New York native said October 19 on Instagram.
