Rosie O'Donnell Says Daughter Chelsea's Birth Mother 'Bailed Her Out' of Jail Prior to Third Arrest in 3 Months
Rosie O'Donnell's oldest daughter Chelsea was arrested in Wisconsin’s Marinette County on Nov. 18 on two felony counts of possession of methamphetamine, a felony count of possession of narcotic drugs and two felony counts of bail jumping.

The two made comments publicly about their relationship for months, but in August 2016, Rosie posted a selfie of the two with the caption, “What a difference a year makes #hopelives."
