Rosie O'Donnell posted a throwback photo on Instagram of her daughters Chelsea and Dakota. The photo includes a sweet snapshot of Chelsea before her multiple drug arrests throughout the fall.
Rosie also posted a screenshot of an email requesting comment on her daughter’s arrest to her Instagram account on Dec. 3.
