Rosie O'Donnell breaks her silence after daughter Chelsea is arrested for a THIRD time

Rosie O'Donnell is speaking out after her daughter's latest arrest in connection with drug charges.

Police detected 'pick marks' synonymous with illegal drug abuse on Chelsea's face, and requested her to provide identification, which she didn't have on her, according to the legal docs. Conditional to her release, authorities stipulated Chelsea remain sober and not possess any drugs or alcohol, US Weekly reported last month after reviewing court docs. 'Sadly this is not new for our family - Chelsea has struggled with drug addiction for a decade - we r all hopeful she will find her way out of this deadly disease,' the Long Island, New York native said October 19 on Instagram.
