The star, 37, who signed to her first modelling agency when she was just 16 years-old, admitted it 'hurt her soul' as she recalled being sent home from a job.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has admitted the pain of rejection in the modelling industry 'hurt her soul' as she opened up about being sent home from a job in podcast Reign with Josh Smith 'I think around my sort of early mid twenties, there was definitely a point, and I remember it was actually Jason who is a great advocate for himself, but also really been such a backbone of strength and support for me as well, because he's taught me so much. She told the host: 'I remember being sent home from a job once and that was very painful and that really hurt my soul ' (pictured aged 17 at the beginning of her modelling career)
