Rosa Salazar Signs With Sugar23
Actress Rosa Salazar has signed with Sugar23 for management, Deadline can exclusively reveal.
Upcoming, she’ll also be seen starring alongside Mark Wahlberg and LaKeith Stanfield in Amazon MGM’s thriller Play Dirty, based on the Parker crime novels written by Donald E. Westlake under the pen name Richard Stark. Capturing the industry’s attention with her lead role in Robert Rodriguez’s 2019 cyberpunk actioner Alita: Battle Angel, Salazar is also known for producing and starring in Amazon’s acclaimed rotoscoped series Undone, from the BoJack Horseman duo of Kate Purdy and Raphael Bob-Waksberg. Previously, the actress has also been seen in Amazon MGM’s true-life astronaut drama A Million Miles Away, Netflix’s The Kindergarten Teacher and Bird Box, 20th’s Maze Runner franchise, Lionsgate and Summit Entertainment’s Divergent film series, and A24’s Oscar-nominated animated feature Marcel the Shell with Shoes On.
