Rosé & Bruno Mars’ ‘APT.’ Holds at No. 1 on Japan Hot 100

Rosé & Bruno Mars’ “APT.” stays atop Japan Hot 100 for second week, making history as the only song by a Western act to score multiple weeks at No. 1.

On the chart dated Nov. 27, the pop-punk duet sees an increase in downloads, streaming, radio airplay and video views, with radio in particular increasing by 2.3 times compared to the week before perhaps due to the buzz surrounding the 2024 MAMA Awards. Streaming for the Oblivion Battery opener has gained 104%, radio 201%, and video 106% compared to the week before. The Billboard Japan Hot 100 combines physical and digital sales, audio streams, radio airplay, video views and karaoke data.
