Roots Picnic 2025: D’Angelo, Lenny Kravitz, Meek Mill, GloRilla Lead Performance Lineup
The two-day Roots Picnic 2025 festival will feature performances from D’Angelo, Lenny Kravitz, The Roots, Meek Mill, GloRilla, Latto, and more.
The current slate also includes Kur, Elmiene, Lay Banks, Jermaine Dolly, Laila!, Funk Flex, Diamond Kuts, DJ Aktive, Peyton, and Leeyuh Neptune. “As other festivals came into the market, we looked at what was not being served in the city of Philadelphia, and it was Black culture,” Live Nation Urban President Shawn Gee told Rolling Stone last year. The event will feature Nineties rap all-stars including Lil’ Kim, Redman & Method Man, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, DJ Quik, Raekwon, E-40, Goodie Mob, Havoc (of Mobb Deep), and more.
