Roman Kemp's statement in full as he quits Capital Breakfast Show

Roman Kemp announced he was stepping down from the Capital Breakfast radio show on Monday 21 February, saying it was a "massive" decision and that he'd "not found it easy at all"

The 31 year old star, who is the son of Spandau Ballet's Martin Kemp, announced his "massive" decision with an emotional statement on Instagram on Monday, 19 February, as he said: "I know it's time to leave." You’ve always had my back and it’s got to the point where we don’t really need to discuss what we’re gonna talk about because we can read each other’s mind and finish each other’s jokes! From the daily Will Ferrell/Jim Carrey quotes, to being constantly tricked into watching Arsenal highlights to rinsing each other’s choice of clothing, I hate to admit it, but I’m gonna really miss our mornings together.
