Roman Kemp sparks engagement rumours as girlfriend pictured sporting ring
The One Show presenter and former Capital Radio DJ Roman Kemp is rumoured to be engaged to his girlfriend Carmen Gaggero, with whom he has been in a relationship for a "few months"
