Role Model Makes Reneé Rapp ‘Sally, When the Wine Runs Out’ Main Character at L.A. Show

During a recent performance in Los Angeles, Role Model plucked another born-again wildcard to dance with him during his latest single “Sally, When the Wine Runs Out.” Except for this show, rather than pulling a fan from the audience as he has throughout the tour, the musician born Tucker Pillsbury surprised the crowd with a special guest appearance from Reneé Rapp. “Aw, shit, here we go again, I’m falling headfirst/Ankles hit the two-step, Sally makes my head hurt/Heard through the grapevine, she can be a diva/Cold like Minnesota, hotter than a fever,” the audience screamed out while they danced around the stage. “On the deluxe, there’s a couple songs that came form the core time that we were working on the album, but ‘Sally’ was one of the ones that I wrote later on with new experiences under my belt,” he recently told Triple J.
