From Roger Moore With Love, which hits cinemas for a limited time on December 13 and is set to air on BBC Two, has been hailed as giving the star 'the indulgent, affectionate treatment he deserves.' The Guardian's Peter Bradshaw praised Steve Coogan's voiceover, as he writes: 'This is a very enjoyable watch for Moore devotees, though the long stretch of home videos towards the end might test your patience a little bit.' However, Victoria Luxford from City AM was less complimentary of the film as she wrote: 'The personal side of things is frustratingly opaque, with friends, co-stars, and relatives all sharing showbiz stories that are high on affection but short on insight.'
