Back before the Kansas City Chiefs tight end started dating Swift, he too was a pro athlete hoping to be introduced to her backstage at an Eras Tour show — but in his case, the “Karma” artist declined. “I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings,” Kelce complained on an episode of his New Heights podcast last year, a couple months before he and Swift ended up dating.
